Instructions: How to Cook Demos Chicken Rice Soup
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
