Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasonings into the chicken to ensure even coating.

  3. Cancel the sauté mode and add chicken broth to the pot. Close the lid and set the crockpot express to pressure cook mode for 15 minutes.
  4. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then use the quick release method to release any remaining pressure.
  5. Open the lid and transfer the chicken breasts to a serving platter. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.
  6. Optional: You can use the remaining liquid in the pot to make a delicious gravy. Simply set the crockpot express to sauté mode again and let the liquid simmer until it thickens.
  7. Serve the sliced chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy
