  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: How to Cook Criss Cross Cut Chicken Breast

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and make criss-cross cuts on the top of each breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
