Crack Chicken Lasagna is a delicious and addictive twist on traditional lasagna. This recipe combines the flavors of creamy crack chicken with layers of cheesy goodness, resulting in a mouthwatering dish that will leave you craving for more. Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom.
  5. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Spread another layer of the chicken mixture over the noodles.
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all the noodles and chicken mixture are used, ending with a layer of the chicken mixture on top.
