Introducing CR Chicks Smokey Pasta Recipe!

  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the shredded chicken breast to the skillet and stir well.
  6. Sprinkle the smoked paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted and evenly distributed.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
