Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions: How to Cook Costco Asian Chicken Wrap

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, reserving the other half for later. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the shredded carrots, red cabbage, and green onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
  7. Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Serve the Costco Asian Chicken Wraps immediately and enjoy!
