  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: How to Cook Chuy'S Chicken Flautas

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced onion, green chilies, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
