  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions: How to Cook Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chipotle peppers, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the chipotle ranch mixture over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
