  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
