  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions: How to Cook Chinese Almond Chicken Gravy

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small skillet, toast the sliced almonds over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
