Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup crispy chow mein noodles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Let the chicken cool, then slice it into thin strips.
