Chilli Chicken Air Fryer Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 green chillies, slit
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let the chicken marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
