Chickpea Pasta Recipes With Chicken

  • 8 ounces of chickpea pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the chickpea pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
