Chicken With Radish Chinese Recipe

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the sliced radishes and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the radishes.
