Chicken Wiggle Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.
  2. Add the flour to the skillet and stir well to combine with the butter and vegetables. Cook for 1-2 minutes to cook off the raw flour taste.
  3. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and milk, making sure to break up any lumps. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the shredded chicken, peas, corn, carrots, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
