Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4-5 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken White Karahi

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the yogurt mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is browned.
  5. Stir in the cream and milk, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Add green chilies and garam masala, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
