Chicken White Karahi Recipe

- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it is tender and cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced green chilies and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
