Chicken Tender Sub Recipe

  • 4 chicken tenders
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 pickle slices


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
