  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Tender Sub

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes - one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
