  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a spicy kick)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if desired), chopped parsley, and beaten egg. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into small sticks, about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Roll each stick in the flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the snack sticks. Fry the sticks in batches for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the snack sticks from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  5. Serve the chicken snack sticks hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, or honey mustard.
