  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
