Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Seekh Kabab Pakistani
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Add gram flour (besan) to the mixture. This will help bind the kababs together.
- Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Take a handful of the chicken mixture and mold it onto a skewer, shaping it into a long kabab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Brush the kababs with oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the kababs are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Serve the Chicken Seekh Kababs hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
