Ingredients:

  • 500g minced chicken
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, gram flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour. This will help the flavors to meld together.
