Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Skewers

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Seekh Kabab Pakistani

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Add gram flour (besan) to the mixture. This will help bind the kababs together.
  3. Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Take a handful of the chicken mixture and mold it onto a skewer, shaping it into a long kabab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  6. Brush the kababs with oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the kababs are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
