Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Seekh Kabab Pakistani

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, oil, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  4. Take a handful of the chicken mixture and mold it onto a skewer, shaping it into a long kabab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kababs are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior.
  6. Serve the Chicken Seekh Kababs hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
