Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Seekh Kabab Pakistani
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, oil, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
- Take a handful of the chicken mixture and mold it onto a skewer, shaping it into a long kabab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kababs are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior.
- Serve the Chicken Seekh Kababs hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
