- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Crohn'S Disease
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
