Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
