  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls, split

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Philly With Worcestershire Sauce

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour Worcestershire sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each chicken breast and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.

  8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a chicken breast with melted cheese on each hoagie roll.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Philly with Worcestershire Sauce!
