  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
