Chicken Olivia Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Olivia

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
