Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe For 50 Servings

  • 10 pounds chicken, bone-in
  • 5 large onions, chopped
  • 10 carrots, sliced
  • 10 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 5 gallons water
  • 5 pounds egg noodles


  1. In a large stockpot, combine the chicken, onions, carrots, celery, parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Pour in the water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
