Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken necks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Neck

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken necks and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken necks from the pot and set aside.
