Chicken Musubi Recipe

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice the chicken into thin strips.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
- Take a sheet of nori and place it on a clean surface. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, and grab a handful of sushi rice. Press the rice onto the nori, covering about half of the sheet.
- Place a few slices of chicken on top of the rice, and drizzle some of the sauce over the chicken.
