Chicken Mozambique Recipes

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, white wine, hot sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
