Chicken Mousse Recipe

Chicken mousse is a delicious and elegant dish that is perfect for special occasions or as an appetizer. It is a creamy and flavorful mousse made with chicken, cream, and seasonings. This recipe is easy to make and will impress your guests with its smooth texture and rich taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the chicken breasts until they are finely ground.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, heavy cream, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and dried parsley. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and pour the chicken mixture into it.
  5. Place the loaf pan in a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish with hot water, creating a water bath.
  6. Carefully transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken mousse is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Remove the chicken mousse from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  8. Once cooled, refrigerate the mousse for at least 2 hours to allow it to fully set.
  9. When ready to serve, remove the chicken mousse from the refrigerator and carefully unmold it onto a serving platter.
