Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Malai Boti

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, lemon juice, and salt.
