Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Skewers for grilling

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until all the pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. If grilling, brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
