Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutesIngredients:
- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cream, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until all the pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- If grilling, brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges. <
