Chicken Maison Spicy Lemon Garlic Sauce Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, and dried oregano to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and transfer them to a baking dish.
  6. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Pour the lemon garlic sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Remove the foil and broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes to get a golden brown color on top.
