Chicken Liver Stuffing Recipe

  • 1 lb chicken livers
  • 1 cup diced onions

  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups bread crumbs


  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, celery, carrots, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
