  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
