Chicken Las Vegas Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
