Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure to coat both sides.
  5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
