- 500 grams ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for another minute.
- Add the ground chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
- Cover the pan and let the chicken cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Remove the lid and sprinkle garam masala over the chicken keema. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
