Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Kasha

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for another minute.
  3. Now, add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
