Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Kasha
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for another minute.
- Now, add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
