Chicken Inasal Recipe Air Fryer

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup calamansi juice (or lemon juice)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil spray


  1. In a bowl, combine calamansi juice, soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, turmeric powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a ziplock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
