Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Inasal Air Fryer
- In a bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika, turmeric powder, annatto powder, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
