Chicken Heart And Liver Recipe


Chicken heart and liver is a delicious and nutritious dish that is popular in many cuisines around the world.   • 500g chicken hearts
  • 500g chicken livers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Start by cleaning the chicken hearts and livers. Remove any excess fat or connective tissue and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken hearts and livers to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle the paprika, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper over the chicken hearts and livers. Stir well to coat them evenly with the spices.
