Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Giambotta

  1. Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
