  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
