Chicken Chapli Kabab is a popular Pakistani dish that is known for its flavorful and juicy taste. These kababs are made with ground chicken and a blend of spices, making them perfect for a delicious meal or a snack. Ingredients:

  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and gram flour. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into flat round patties.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Carefully place the chicken chapli kababs in the hot oil and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, remove the kababs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  6. Serve the chicken chapli kababs hot with naan bread or rice, and enjoy with mint chutney
