Chicken Breakfast Sandwich Recipe


Start your day off right with this delicious and satisfying chicken breakfast sandwich. Packed with protein and flavor, this sandwich is the perfect way to fuel your morning. With a prep time of 10 minutes and a cook time of 15 minutes, you can have a hot and tasty breakfast ready in no time.


  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 English muffins
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, split the English muffins and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.
  8. Spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mixture on the toasted English muffins.
  9. Layer each English muffin with a slice of cheddar cheese, bacon, sliced chicken, tomato, and lettuce.
  10. Top with the other half of the English muffin and serve hot.
