Chicken Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 English muffins
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
