Chicken Bread Recipes

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two equal portions
