  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Bread Pakistani

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Add the warm milk, warm water, and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded chicken, onion, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, black pepper, red chili flakes, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a rectangle shape.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over one of the rectangles, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Place the second rectangle of dough on top and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
  8. Brush the top with beaten egg and make slits on the surface for steam to escape.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
