- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
- Add the warm milk, warm water, and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded chicken, onion, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, black pepper, red chili flakes, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a rectangle shape.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over one of the rectangles, leaving a small border around the edges.
