Chicken Biscuit Cracker Recipe

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced red bell pepper, diced green onions, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them into individual biscuits.
