Chicken Baseball Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the flour in a separate shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, coating both sides evenly.
  5. Next, dip the floured chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  6. Coat the chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs.
  7. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
