  • 4 slices of prosciutto

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Ballotine Masterchef

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook until the spinach is wilted.
